Get to Know Me

Kim Fortin is a proven top producer in the Birmingham Bloomfield real estate market. Kim joined The Madelon Collective at Keller Williams Domain in December 2017. She comes to KW Domain from Signature Sotheby’s.
 
She has built a successful career working in both urban and suburban markets throughout metropolitan Detroit.
 
Kim began her real estate career purchasing and rehabilitating distressed properties in metro Detroit. As the Detroit economy improved, she earned her real estate license and began selling homes in Oakland County. She is a certified Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and has earned Green Designation.
 
Kim routinely works with both luxury buyers/sellers and first-time homebuyers. Whether her clients are looking for their forever dream home, a starter home, or something in between, Kim guides them through the purchase process from first meeting to key exchange. Each client receives guidance tailored to his or her unique real estate needs.
 
Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in social work and is an active member of her community with membership in:

When she is not busy with clients, Kim and her husband Paul enjoy boating, tennis, traveling and hiking with their three grown children Chelsea, 34; Jessica, 31; and Paul, 29. Paul and Kim’s greatest pleasure is spending time with their grandchildren Liam-2 1/2 and Nora-2.
